Tick tock. Our Disclosures: Ownership & Affiliate Partners What email!?!?! I have never not gotten the email before, very interesting. Nope, it told me I had not verified my email yet. I did try to set up a new account again, thinking I typed my email wrong. Maybe they will give me a way to contact them via Sitejabber. I can accept that maybe I not seeing the email, but with no easy way to contact CS that I can find in order to ask questions, here I sit. The one way I know that CS reacts? Here on Sitejabber, oddly enough. I tried, myself, to get help from them on the help page, but there is nothing there about not getting an email (nothing at all), and I could not readily see a way to contact help myself (so no real live person), until my email is verified. No way am I paying until I check out their free service.Ī review website found that the customer service once you are a member (a paying memberl I will update with how long it took email (if it comes), but it appears, if you want to pay, you can use right away, ofc. It is not blocked or in my spam folder/deleted email box. The email, which you need to join the service for their free 10GB/mo deal, has not cone thru, despite waiting hours. ![]()
